About Khodro45 Khodro45 is a leading platform in Iran s automotive market redefining how people buy and sell cars through technology trust and speed We focus on building seamless data driven and user centric digital experiences across web and mobile About the Role We are looking for a Product Design Lead to drive the vision strategy and execution of our design efforts across key product lines Seller Dealer SuperApp Internal Tools etc You will manage a team of product designers elevate the quality of design practices and collaborate closely with PMs engineers and stakeholders to ensure delightful effective and measurable user experiences What You ll Do Lead the end to end design process across multiple squads from discovery to delivery Manage mentor and grow a team of product designers conduct regular 1 1s and performance reviews Collaborate with product managers QA and engineering to align design efforts with business goals and customer needs Champion and evolve our design system to maintain consistency across platforms Drive a culture of design thinking user research and rapid prototyping Run and support UX research efforts including usability testing interviews and metrics analysis Own and improve design operations and cross functional design rituals reviews critiques QA Ensure proper handoff and QA with dev teams to maintain design fidelity in implementation Participate in defining product vision and strategy at the leadership level What We re Looking For 5 years of experience in product design with 2 years in a lead supervisory role Strong portfolio demonstrating user centered design across mobile and web platforms Deep expertise in Figma prototyping interaction design and UX principles Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders Hands on experience with design systems accessibility and responsive design Familiarity with metrics driven design and tools like Hotjar Metabase and GA Experience working in agile product teams Scrum Kanban Bonus familiarity with the automotive or e commerce domain What You ll Be Leading Squad aligned design initiatives across Seller Dealer platforms Internal operational tools Mobile apps and PWA Inspection C2C App SuperApp and new features like car wash or insurance Product discovery and continuous improvement cycles Design hiring and onboarding processes تهران تهران میرداماد تمام وقت خودرو 45 مدیر میانی جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
