Web Team Lead As the Web Lead at Abalon you will take on a pivotal leadership role in our web development team driving both the front end and back end engineering efforts This position requires a highly skilled and motivated individual with a proven track record of delivering robust scalable and innovative web solutions You will lead a team of engineers working with cutting edge technologies Responsibilities Engineering Leadership Lead and guide the front end and back end teams acting as the primary engineering expert for web development Ensure both teams are aligned motivated and working toward a common goal Task Delegation Sprint Management Delegate tasks efficiently and ensure timely delivery of sprint and roadmap goals Collaborate closely with product management to balance priorities and resources Project Planning Timelines Oversee engineering projects from start to finish including planning timelines and task breakdowns Ensure that milestones are met and projects are executed on time and within scope Issue Resolution Support Act as a point of contact for team members answering questions resolving issues and ensuring that blockers are addressed promptly Innovation Research Lead research and development efforts to explore new technologies processes and ways to improve both the engineering team and the product Development Lifecycle Evaluate and define the best software development life cycle based on project requirements ensuring scalability and high standards of production Required Skills Qualifications 4 5 years of experience in software engineering with demonstrated experience in both back end and front end programming Strong technical expertise in both front end Vue Nuxt and back end Python Django technologies A broad understanding of full stack development and modern web architectures Comfortable working in an agile environment with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple deadlines A results oriented mindset with the ability to balance speed and quality Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build relationships with product design and insight peers in a cross functional environment تهران تهران سهروردی تمام وقت راهکار های ابری آبالون کارشناس ارشد جنسیت فقط آقا فناوری اطلاعات نرم افزار و سخت افزار
