Demonstrating full proficiency in all training subjects related to the operations of Physical Service Centers and Mobile Assistants Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of all directives and circulars issued to Physical Service Centers Possessing a thorough understanding of MCI s campaigns and competitor campaigns within the assigned zone Providing training to Physical Service Centers as instructed by the Commercial Division Responding promptly to the needs and inquiries of users Physical Service Center managers and Mobile Assistants Having a complete understanding of newly introduced business models and revenue streams defined and implemented by the Commercial Division Visiting Physical Service Centers and on site service providers in line with schedules or strategies set by the Commercial Division Monitoring competitor activities and conducting market analysis within the operational zone Identifying the needs of MCI subscribers and competitors customers through systematic market data collection Delivering effective solutions to centers to help achieve established targets and objectives Encouraging centers to actively promote and sell all MCI products and services including top ups packages modems and mobile phones Organizing regular brainstorming sessions and knowledge sharing meetings at regional and provincial levels Preparing and submitting periodic reports weekly monthly and quarterly on the above activities Performing other duties and assignments as instructed by the MCI Commercial Division Representing the company and delivering services at official events Identifying potential business opportunities and expanding the physical and on site sales and service network Planning initiatives to attract high value non commercial customers Planning the development and promotion of remote non physical services Following up on the resolution of complaints and complaint tickets related to Physical Service Centers Key Professional Competencies Influencing and negotiation skills Marketing knowledge Branding experience is preferred Telecom industry understanding Customer management knowledge organizational ability interpersonal skills Communication Skills Creativity Innovation Influence Persuasion Persistence Perseverance Strategy Understanding بوشهر بوشهر تمام وقت نقش اول کیفیت نَک کارشناس جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد تلکام
