Company Overview Join our dynamic and rapidly growing cloud services company that specializes in delivering innovative scalable and secure cloud solutions Our offerings empower businesses by providing robust infrastructure and high performance cloud products including VPS VPC and CDN We are recognized for our customer first approach cutting edge technologies and agile development We are seeking a talented Product Manager to lead and manage the development and strategy of our cloud product offerings This role offers an opportunity to drive product success while collaborating with a passionate team across engineering marketing sales and customer success Key Responsibilities 1 Product Vision Strategy Develop a product roadmap that aligns with company goals and industry trends Identify market opportunities through competitive analysis and customer feedback specifically within the cloud computing ecosystem Lead the prioritization of product features and enhancements to meet both business objectives and customer needs 2 Cross functional Collaboration Work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements ensuring timely and effective delivery of cloud products Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop go to market strategies driving adoption and revenue growth Engage with customer success teams to gather post launch feedback and refine product features 3 Data driven Product Management Define and track key performance indicators KPIs to measure product performance including adoption rates churn metrics and product growth Use data analytics to identify product improvement opportunities and optimize the customer journey 4 Customer Focus Actively engage with customers to understand pain points ensuring the product delivers real value Translate customer insights into actionable product features and enhancements driving customer satisfaction and loyalty 5 Agile Product Development Break down complex problems into actionable steps for the development team facilitating rapid iteration and deployment Ensure alignment of product features with business strategy continuously adjusting priorities based on customer feedback and market conditions Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or a related field 2 years of experience in product management within the cloud computing industry with a strong understanding of VPS VPC CDN or similar services Proven track record of working with cross functional teams especially engineering to deliver complex cloud based products Experience with agile development methodologies and the ability to break down technical projects into manageable agile tasks Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non technical stakeholders Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a data driven approach to decision making Passion for cloud technologies and a customer first mindset Preferred Familiarity with cloud concepts such as virtualization networking and other foundational cloud technologies A technical background or prior experience working in engineering or development roles Prior experience managing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post launch optimization تهران تهران سهروردی تمام وقت راهکار های ابری آبالون کارشناس جنسیت ترجیحاً آقا فناوری اطلاعات نرم افزار و سخت افزار
