Qualifications Master Mariner or Chief Engineer or equivalent degree from Marine University Sailing Experience of at least 3 Years at the management level Shore Experience in a similar role ashore for at least 2 Years Knowledge and experience in Pre Fixture and Post Fixture operations Administration skills Working knowledge of the English language Adequate PC knowledge Objective To ensure the safe and efficient operation of the vessels in fleet accordance with the SMS principles Responsibilities The Marine Operations Officer is appointed as Alternate Designated Person Ashore Alt DPA and Alternate Company s Security Officer Alt CSO substitute of DPA CSO in his absence and responsible for Supervising and monitoring all aspects of assigned vessel operation including navigation cargo ballast handling safety and environmental protection aspects etc to ensure that these are carried out in compliance with the Company s requirements and maritime rules regulations and Industry Standards for a flawless efficient competitive and customer focused operation Arrange for pre fixtures of vessels Monitor and supervise all matters relating to ship movement and cargo operations To ensure prompt corrective action taken on protest s received from third parties To control and manage all bunkering requirements of the ships to ensure that ships maintain minimum Bunkers to safely execute the voyage To handle all matters related to post fixture operations of vessel To maintain details of all brokers for cargo fixtures To verify that all ships are performing within charter party terms and conditions Directly associated to incidents and cargo quality Must oversee the compliance of all legal requirements that affect the company businesses and day to day operations To ensure Business development marketing of the company Attending delivery of new acquisitions and implementation of Company Systems onboard newly acquired vessels within the fleet Monitoring the inventories of mooring equipment Conduct internal audits and inspections onboard Conduct senior officer briefings within the company framework Support all vessels in applying company policy Give guidance to Masters Navigational officers in nautical matters Monitor and ensure office compliance with all local regulatory compliance To ensure the safe and efficient operation of Company vessels in accordance with Company s SMS principles as delegated from DPA and take responsibilities of DPA in his absence In the absence of CSO the Alt CSO shall carry out all responsibilities of CSO as defined in International Ship and Port Facility Code ISPS Code and its amendments from time to time Responsible and to be contacted as Alternate DPA and CSO In case of any emergency relating safety security and environment In case of any accident or any other incident resulting in 3rd party claims تهران تهران فرشته الهیه تمام وقت انرژی بنیان قشم کارشناس جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد کشتیرانی
