In the story of Snappfood we believe in creating value that goes beyond the ordinary We are willing to establish innovative tendencies and are eager to have you on our team to help us get through our business challenges with creativity intelligence and agility We are waiting for you to continue this story About Job The Fleet Loyalty Club Supervisor is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance driver retention and satisfaction This role focuses on ensuring drivers feel valued supported and engaged thereby increasing their lifetime value and fostering loyalty The position emphasizes designing effective campaigns analyzing performance data and improving overall driver experience Reporting to the Fleet Manager the Supervisor plays a critical role in driving driver engagement and operational excellence Responsibilities Developing and implementing strategies to increase driver retention and satisfaction Creating initiatives that improve driver retention rates Expanding drivers lifetime value and increasing their engagement Designing effective campaigns and analyzing related data Ensuring that drivers have a positive experience on the platform consistent with our brand and values Launching promotions and campaigns to enhance biker attachment Owning and leading the Driver Loyalty Club including managing the driver loyalty program service design and operation Analyzing loyalty program performance Assessing and collaborating with outsourced vendors to implement best practice loyalty schemes Coordinating external contractors and service suppliers Closely cooperating with other departments to translate business requirements into loyalty program rules processes and configurations Working with the Software Product team regarding application configuration and enhancements Requirements Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Business Development Marketing Trade or Sales Proven track record in project management including planning and executing large scale events Strong negotiation skills Proficiency in data analysis including metric identification tracking and reporting Familiarity with software application configuration and enhancement Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment Curiosity driven approach with a focus on data centered decision making Strong organizational and workload allocation skills Benefits Credit for Vacations Gym Therapyh Social Security Complementary Insurance Educational platform of advanced courses Snappfood s Discount codes Loans تهران تهران ظفر تمام وقت اسنپ فود کارشناس ارشد جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
