Product Manager Product Owner with Team Building Skills and Technical Knowledge Location Tehran Type Full time Part time About Us We are launching an innovative startup aiming to provide professional online services through an app and website The project is in its early stages and we are looking for a skilled and experienced individual to take on the dual role of Product Manager and Product Owner This person will be responsible for managing the product end to end from idea to launch and continuous improvement and assist in building the specialized teams for development UI UX design and testing from scratch Responsibilities Fully manage the product lifecycle including strategic planning roadmap creation and backlog management Translate strategic goals into actionable daily tasks for the development team and ensure accurate prioritization of features and fixes Work closely with the development team utilizing technologies such as React frontend Django backend and WordPress Assist in building and forming specialized teams for programming UI UX design software testing and quality assurance Lead Agile ceremonies such as Scrum and Kanban and facilitate agile workflows within the team Oversee product design and ensure excellent user experience Analyze user data and feedback to drive continuous product improvements and data driven decision making Define and monitor key performance indicators KPIs for the product and teams Coordinate between different departments and lead the team in a dynamic startup environment Required Skills and Experience Strong expertise in product management and Agile methodologies Scrum and Kanban with practical experience implementing them Technical proficiency in React frontend Django backend and WordPress with a solid understanding of software development processes Familiarity with UI UX design principles and tools such as Figma Adobe XD Sketch InVision and Zeplin Familiarity with relevant programming languages Familiarity with cloud services such as Azure Familiarity with databases and related concepts SQL NoSQL etc Familiarity with AI and LLM infrastructure and related technologies Practical experience assisting in building and developing technical and design teams from the ground up Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate cross functional teams Familiarity with software testing quality assurance and test lifecycle management Strong data analysis skills and data driven decision making abilities Proven track record in product management and ownership preferably with experience in team building in startups Mandatory Previous experience working in startups is required Benefits Opportunity to shape the team and product from scratch Dynamic creative and challenging work environment Fast learning and growth opportunities in an innovative project Competitive salary and benefits تهران تهران رسالت تمام وقت یا پاره وقت Company active in Engineering Services Technical Services Solutions industry مدیر میانی جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد خدمات مهندسی و تخصصی
