Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to follow the execution of strategic projects across the operations department This role is critical in ensuring that project activities are well coordinated deadlines are met and goals are achieved efficiently Projects may range from the expansion of our fulfillment center to a wide variety of cross functional high impact business initiatives across the operations Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor daily project activities across multiple strategic initiatives Track timelines deliverables budgets and milestones to ensure consistent project progress Collaborate in problem definition and breakdown process Hold project members and operational stakeholders accountable for assigned tasks and deliverables Generate and present clear reports and dashboards to support decision making Maintain accurate and organized project documentation including schedules cost tracking and updates Facilitate internal communications across teams to ensure transparency and focus Identify and raise potential risks or delays to ensure timely issue resolution Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Engineering Project Management or a related discipline 1 2 years of experience in a junior project management product management or project coordination role Demonstrated analytical thinking and strong problem solving capabilities essential for success in this role Ability to work and analyze business data Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to navigate complex dynamics build trust and foster collaboration across teams Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment with a strong focus on accountability and follow through Highly self motivated with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership and responsibility Strong time management and scheduling abilities Ability to prioritize work and multitask efficiently Resilience in fast paced environments تهران تهران مهرآباد تمام وقت اسنپ شاپ کارشناس جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
