Job Description Recruit hire and train the sales team Assess current team processes and procedures identify opportunities for improvement and implement them Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment Assess individual performance through observation and measurement and suggest corrective actions as needed Provide training coaching development and motivation Meet goals and metrics Plan and direct staffing training and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts Coordinate between different areas of supervision Explore and study competitors movements in the target market Identify and track sales goals in the supervision area Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in Management Marketing Communications or related fields At least 5 years of related experience Strong oral and written communication skills Motivated and proactive Excellent leadership skills Results oriented with strong analytical skills Computer skills must include working knowledge of Excel PowerPoint and Word High ability to negotiate with key accounts Experience in B2C sales is an advantage خراسان رضوی مشهد تمام وقت گروه سولیکو کاله مدیر میانی جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد کالاهای مصرفی و تند گردش
