Job Description We are looking for an experienced and strategic Tech Lead who will take ownership of the technical direction and execution of one of our Wallex B2B technical teams In this role you will actively contribute to software development architecture design and delivery of critical product features while leading collaboration across Backend Frontend QA DevOps and Infrastructure teams You will act as the technical bridge between Business Objectives Product Roadmap Engineering Execution Your responsibility will be transforming technical decisions into scalable reliable secure and measurable solutions Key Responsibilities Lead mentor and evaluate engineering teams including Backend Frontend and QA Coordinate collaboration between Development DevOps Infrastructure and IT teams Participate hands on in software development architecture design code reviews and solving complex technical challenges Own the complete Software Development Lifecycle SDLC from technical analysis to development testing release and deployment Ensure reliable predictable and high quality delivery of product features aligned with business priorities Define and maintain Technical Roadmaps covering Architecture Scalability Reliability and Maintainability Evaluate and improve Technology Stack decisions based on product requirements and future growth Oversee CI CD pipelines deployment processes monitoring logging incident management and production stability Improve security practices across applications infrastructure access management and deployment processes Collaborate closely with Product Managers to align engineering execution with business goals Work with CTO on technical strategy and architecture decisions Promote engineering culture based on ownership documentation code quality testing and continuous improvement Key Requirements 7 years of professional software engineering experience 3 years of experience as Tech Lead Engineering Lead or a similar technical leadership role Strong expertise in Backend Development or Full stack Development Strong experience with Python Django Django REST Framework and REST API design Practical experience with PostgreSQL Redis RabbitMQ event driven architecture and distributed systems Good understanding of React js TypeScript and frontend architecture Hands on experience with Docker GitLab CI CD deployment pipelines and production environments Ability to design and maintain systems that are scalable reliable observable and maintainable Strong knowledge of microservices architecture system design API design database design and system integration Familiarity with blockchain technologies digital asset infrastructure and AI application architecture experience in these fields is a plus Experience leading cross functional teams including Development QA DevOps and Infrastructure Strong code review skills and ability to identify technical debt architectural risks and refactoring opportunities Ability to handle production incidents technical crisis management and high pressure decision making Strong communication skills for collaboration with engineering teams product teams management and business stakeholders Key Competencies Computer Engineering Software Engineering Electrical Engineering Related fields Graduating from top ranked universities is a plus Previous experience in leading technical teams within Fintech Payment Platforms Trading Systems Digital Asset Platforms Large scale Technology Companies Proven experience working with production systems requiring high availability security and scalability تهران تهران چهارراه ولیعصر تمام وقت شرکت رانک کارشناس ارشد جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد فناوری اطلاعات نرم افزار و سخت افزار
