Job Description Prepare review verify and maintain logistics transportation and cargo related documentation Ensure the accuracy and completeness of shipment records and supporting documents Coordinate with operations customs authorities customers freight forwarders and railway transportation stakeholders regarding document processing Monitor document workflows and follow up on discrepancies missing information and compliance related issues Enter update and maintain shipment and cargo information in company systems and databases Organize archive and manage physical and electronic documentation in accordance with company procedures Prepare operational and documentation reports as required Ensure compliance with customs transportation and regulatory requirements Collaborate closely with operational teams to facilitate smooth cargo movement and timely document availability Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Logistics Supply Chain Transportation Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel Proficiency in English Good communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work in a dynamic operational environment Previous experience in logistics transportation customs or documentation is an advantage Location Eslamshahr تهران اسلام شهر تمام وقت گروه حمل و نقل بین المللی پرس کارشناس جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد حمل و نقل ترابری
