Job Description We are looking for an experienced and hands on Operations Supervisor to lead and manage the daily execution of operational activities This role is responsible for supervising the operations team optimizing workflows ensuring operational excellence and driving execution quality through strong leadership process ownership and cross functional collaboration We re looking for someone who Takes ownership without waiting for instructions Thrives in operational complexity and task diversity Maintains focus and effectiveness under pressure Can lead the team while actively contributing to execution Follows through persistently until issues are fully resolved Responsibilities Lead and manage the day to day activities of the operations team Plan prioritize and oversee the execution of diverse operational tasks Continuously monitor execution quality and identify improvement opportunities Design document optimize and improve operational processes Manage team performance through regular feedback coaching and development plans Train and empower team members to improve operational effectiveness Follow up on operational issues with precision until full resolution Collaborate effectively with cross functional teams to resolve operational challenges Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth operations Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions Maintain team alignment focus and performance during high pressure situations Ensure operational discipline accountability and consistent execution standards Requirements Minimum 4 years of experience in operations support or execution focused roles Minimum 3 years of team supervision experience Familiarity with process analysis and process improvement methodologies Experience working with Jira as an end user Experience with reporting tools and data analysis is a plus Previous experience in fast paced startup environments or high volume operations is preferred Preferred Competencies Strong ability to manage multiple operational matters simultaneously Solid understanding of process design and operational improvement Strong people management and team leadership skills Coaching mentoring and knowledge transfer capability High sense of ownership and accountability Strong resilience and ability to perform effectively under pressure Close attention to detail discipline and organizational skills Strong problem solving and fast decision making ability Excellent prioritization and time management skills Hands on execution mindset with active involvement in operations تهران تهران زعفرانیه تمام وقت گروه اسنپ مدیر میانی جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
