Role Overview We are looking for a seasoned Senior PHP Backend Developer with a proven track record of designing and building large scale enterprise level systems This is not a junior or mid level position You will be expected to take full ownership of backend architecture make critical technical decisions and mentor other developers You will be working on eMyli a complex eCommerce platform so experience in the online retail space is essential Key Responsibilities Design develop and maintain high performance scalable backend systems for enterprise level eCommerce platforms Architect robust and secure RESTful APIs and microservices Take ownership of system architecture database design and infrastructure decisions Collaborate with frontend developers product managers and other stakeholders to deliver business value Lead technical design sessions and code reviews Mentor and guide mid level and junior developers Troubleshoot debug and optimize existing systems for maximum performance and reliability Ensure code quality security standards and best practices are followed across the team Required Qualifications Minimum 8 years of professional backend development experience Strong hands on coding experience this is a hands on role not purely managerial Proven experience working on large scale enterprise level projects Solid experience in eCommerce platforms online retail Deep understanding of software architecture for enterprise systems must have designed and delivered enterprise grade architectures from scratch or at a significant scale Experience in team management and technical leadership ability to lead a team conduct code reviews and mentor developers Expertise in PHP and related frameworks e g Laravel Symfony or similar Strong knowledge of relational databases MySQL PostgreSQL and caching strategies Redis Memcached Experience with message queues RabbitMQ Kafka and asynchronous processing Familiarity with Docker and containerized environments Solid understanding of CI CD pipelines and DevOps practices Strong knowledge of version control Git and collaborative workflows Preferred Skills Familiarity with OroCommerce highly preferred for this role Experience with microservices architecture Knowledge of Kubernetes Experience with NoSQL databases MongoDB Elasticsearch Contributions to open source projects Personal Attributes Strong analytical and problem solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Self starter with a high degree of ownership Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Passion for mentoring and growing talent تهران تهران شریعتی تمام وقت هایپرمارکتهای ماف پارس هایپراستار معاون مدیر ارشد جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد خرده فروشی مرکز خرید فروشگاه
