Frontend Chapter Lead Building scalable products creating exceptional user experiences and developing high performing engineering teams require more than just writing code At Okala we are looking for a Frontend Chapter Lead who can combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership skills In this role you will be responsible for guiding frontend engineers driving engineering excellence establishing technical standards and contributing to the growth of both our products and our people Your Responsibilities Lead mentor and grow a team of frontend engineers Define maintain and promote frontend architecture standards and development best practices Ensure code quality through code reviews and technical guidance Collaborate closely with Product Design Backend and DevOps teams to deliver high quality solutions Plan coordinate and oversee frontend development initiatives and projects Evaluate introduce and implement new technologies and engineering practices Support the professional growth and technical development of team members Drive technical decision making and help solve complex engineering challenges What We re Looking For At least 10 years of hands on experience in frontend software development Proven experience leading mentoring or managing engineering teams Strong expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript Advanced knowledge of HTML CSS and CSS preprocessors Extensive experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React Vue or Angular Experience working with SSR frameworks such as Next js or Nuxt js Familiarity with Node js and the modern JavaScript ecosystem Strong understanding of Git and software development workflows Experience with Monorepo architectures and Micro Frontend solutions Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools such as Jest Cypress or similar Solid knowledge of frontend performance optimization monitoring and observability Understanding of DevOps concepts and tools such as Docker ArgoCD and CI CD pipelines You ll Thrive in This Role If You Have strong problem solving and decision making skills Are passionate about continuous learning and professional growth Excel at stakeholder management and cross functional collaboration Bring a strategic mindset to technology and product development Enjoy building engineering culture and helping others succeed If you re excited about building scalable products leading talented engineers and creating meaningful impact for millions of users we d love to hear from you تهران تهران آرژانتین تمام وقت اُکالا مدیر میانی جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
