Overview We are seeking a Field Recruitment and Performance Supervisor to lead the recruitment team ensure timely staffing for operations monitor recruitment KPIs and improve hiring processes through effective team management and data driven decision making Responsibilities Lead and supervise the recruitment and hiring team Plan coordinate and monitor end to end recruitment activities Ensure timely fulfillment of operational FTE requirements Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time to hire hiring volume and candidate conversion rates Coordinate with operations and other stakeholders to identify workforce needs and priorities Improve recruitment processes and resolve operational bottlenecks Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support Prepare regular recruitment and hiring reports Qualifications Strong knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes Team leadership and people management Workforce planning and manpower forecasting Data analysis and KPI monitoring Advanced Excel or Google Sheets Problem solving and process improvement Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Familiarity with AI and automation tools is a plus تهران تهران زعفرانیه تمام وقت اسنپ مارکت کارشناس ارشد جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
