About Behsa Behparaz Hamrah Samaneh Aval a subsidiary of Hamrah Aval is a leader in the field of IT and digital solutions We are looking to hire motivated creative and skilled individuals to join our team and contribute to innovative projects that shape the digital future What You ll Do Lead mentor and develop the SRE team Ensure high availability and reliability of critical production services Define and improve SLA SLO SLI and Error Budget practices Lead Incident Management RCA and postmortem processes Improve MTTR MTTD availability and system performance Design and optimize monitoring alerting and observability solutions Build and improve CI CD pipelines and automation Manage and optimize Linux based production environments Work with Kubernetes and containerized environments Identify reliability risks and implement preventive solutions Drive automation and reduce manual operational tasks toil Collaborate with Development Infrastructure Network Security and other technical teams Evaluate and introduce new technologies and tools in SRE DevOps Lead technical R D initiatives and contribute to infrastructure and architecture decisions Establish technical standards documentation and operational best practices Support team performance through coaching mentoring and knowledge sharing What We re Looking For 6 years of relevant experience in SRE DevOps Infrastructure Linux Administration or related fields 3 years of experience leading technical teams or working as a Team Lead Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Engineering Computer Science IT or a related field Strong hands on experience with Linux Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization Strong understanding of DevOps and CI CD Solid knowledge of SRE principles and practices Hands on experience with monitoring alerting and observability Strong understanding of SLA SLO SLI MTTR MTTD and availability Proven experience in incident management and RCA Strong troubleshooting analytical and problem solving skills Experience with production environments and critical services Strong leadership communication mentoring and decision making skills Nice to Have Experience in Telecom Telco environments Experience with Core Network IMS Experience in 24 7 production operations LPIC 3 certification or equivalent knowledge Experience with R D and technology evaluation Familiarity with ITIL Tech Stack Keywords SRE DevOps Linux Kubernetes Docker CI CD Monitoring Observability Prometheus Grafana Incident Management RCA SLA SLO SLI MTTR MTTD Automation Infrastructure Team Leadership What We Offer A dynamic and professional work environment Competitive salary and benefits Flexible working hours and remote options Opportunities for growth and learning تهران تهران ونک تمام وقت بهسا تابعه هلدینگ همراه اول مدیر میانی جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد تلکام
