We re looking for a talented Sales Intern for Mirana Annual Package Negotiable Responsibilities Identify and reach out to potential client companies partners who could benefit from Mirana s recruitment services building a strong growing pipeline Actively listen to prospective clients hiring needs and pain points to understand what a genuinely good fit partnership looks like before pitching Maintain accurate up to date records of every client conversation lead and follow up in our tracking system no client or opportunity falls through the cracks Proactively research industries companies and hiring trends to spot new partnership opportunities before they re obvious Collaborate with the team to craft outreach messages proposals and materials that attract the right kind of clients Follow up consistently with existing and prospective clients to nurture relationships and keep communication warm Gather feedback from clients and internal teams to continuously improve the sales and partnership process Assist with basic HR recruitment related tasks e g understanding job requirements candidate screening criteria as needed to support cross functional collaboration with the recruitment side Requirements Bachelor s degree in a relevant field Excellent active listening skills able to pick up on what a client actually needs not just what they say Highly detail oriented with a strong track record of staying organized and never losing track of a lead or client Proactive and self driven always looking one step ahead for the next good opportunity or partner Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging confidently with clients and colleagues Comfortable managing multiple client relationships and tasks simultaneously without losing accuracy Quick learner who adapts well in a fast paced environment Collaborative mindset with a genuine interest in sales partnerships and recruitment تهران تهران ابوذر تمام وقت Mirana کارشناس جنسیت فقط خانم شرکت های خدماتی پیمانکاران
