Capital Market Trading Platform Location Tehran On site Full time Reports to Head of Development About the Role We are looking for a Back end Developer to design build and operate the services at the core of our trading platform You will work on high throughput low latency systems where correctness and reliability are non negotiable processing order flow market data and financial operations in real time You will own features end to end set technical standards and cooperate with the team Key Responsibilities Design build design and implement reactive microservices and APIs for high volume latency sensitive workloads End to end ownership take services from design and implementation through testing deployment and production support Data modeling model and evolve data across relational and NoSQL stores write efficient correct queries transactions and migrations Event driven systems build streaming and messaging pipelines with strong delivery and ordering guarantees Integrations integrate with external systems exchanges market data identity depository financial over REST and binary financial protocols Quality reliability automated testing code review observability performance profiling and secure by default coding auth validation idempotency rate limiting graceful failure Collaboration mentoring work closely with front end DevOps and product trading operations teams mentor mid level engineers and raise the bar in reviews Required Qualifications 1 years building production back end services with senior level ownership of non trivial systems Strong Java 17 21 and the Spring ecosystem Spring Boot 3 solid OOP concurrency and JVM fundamentals Reactive asynchronous programming Spring WebFlux Project Reactor or strong async experience and the drive to master it Experience with NoSQL and caching MongoDB Redis Messaging streaming Apache Kafka and event driven design REST API design and authentication authorization OAuth2 JWT Keycloak Testing discipline unit and integration Git Maven and CI CD A strong grasp of performance reliability and secure coding under real production load Nice to Have Experience with low latency high availability or financial trading systems Capital market domain knowledge ideally the Iranian market TSE Fara Bourse options Familiarity with containers and Kubernetes AI assisted development productive responsible use of AI coding assistants e g Claude Code Copilot style tools to accelerate development code review and debugging while retaining full ownership of correctness security and design What Success Looks Like You ship reliable well tested services that hold up under live trading load Your code is clear observable and easy for the team to operate and extend You raise the team s bar through reviews mentoring and pragmatic technical decisions تهران تهران آرارات تمام وقت شرکت کارگزاری توازن بازار کارشناس جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد فناوری اطلاعات نرم افزار و سخت افزار
