We are looking for an experienced QA Chapter Lead Senior Test Automation Engineer to lead quality engineering practices across multiple product teams within a large scale FinTech super application This role combines technical leadership with hands on test automation and performance testing Key Responsibilities Lead mentor and develop QA engineers across multiple product squads Define QA strategies standards quality gates and best practices Review test plans automation approaches coverage and release readiness Develop automated UI mobile API integration and end to end tests Build scalable automation frameworks and integrate them into CI CD pipelines Conduct load stress and scalability testing for high traffic scenarios Analyze performance bottlenecks response times error rates and system dependencies Use AI assisted tools for test design automation test data generation and failure analysis Collaborate with Product Engineering DevOps Security and Operations teams Requirements Strong experience in QA test automation and quality engineering Previous experience leading and mentoring QA engineers Hands on experience building test automation frameworks Proficiency in Go JavaScript or Python Experience with Playwright Cypress Selenium Appium or Postman Experience with k6 JMeter or Gatling Familiarity with CI CD microservices Docker Kubernetes and observability tools Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills Nice to Have Experience in FinTech banking payments digital wallets or regulated environments Familiarity with distributed and event driven architectures Experience with AI assisted development or testing tools Why Join Us Competitive compensation package Flexible working hours Sports and wellness allowance Company provided accommodation for travel Occasional cash gifts for employees Supplementary health insurance Employee loans and financial assistance programs Learning and professional development support تهران تهران امانیه تمام وقت آسان پرداخت کارشناس ارشد جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
