Job Description Sales Representative
HomeXa is looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Representative who s ready to take on challenges connect with realtors and turn opportunities into long term partnerships As part of our growing Global team of 10 you ll play a key role in expanding HomeXa s footprint across the GTA real estate market
This is not your average sales role it s an opportunity to work with a fast growing PropTech company that s transforming how realtors manage their daily work through AI and automation If you thrive in a fast paced environment and love seeing your work directly impact company growth we want you on our team
What You ll Do
Lead Generation Make a minimum of 40 calls per day connecting with realtors and brokerages to introduce them to HomeXa and its powerful automation tools
Sales Strategy Work closely with our leadership team to refine talk tracks improve conversion tactics and consistently achieve your target of 3 booked demos per week
Follow Up Mastery Manage your CRM diligently no lead left behind Every conversation is a potential partnership
Team Collaboration Share insights contribute to improving sales scripts and help shape our sales culture as we continue to scale
What You Bring
A positive attitude strong work ethic and a genuine enthusiasm for connecting with people
Outstanding communication skills in English both written and verbal and the ability to build trust quickly
A results driven mindset with proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets
Confidence in working in a fast paced goal oriented environment where every call counts
Previous experience in B2B SaaS or real estate tech sales is an asset but not mandatory we value talent attitude and persistence

Working Hours
25 to 40 hours per week Monday to Friday from 5 00 PM to 11 30 PM Hours may vary 30 minutes break
