Requirements
Native English language proficiency is strictly required for this role
This position requires candidates to appear on camera to record promotional and marketing videos in English
This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity with a strong understanding of digital marketing someone who can create high quality content generate fresh campaign ideas and actively contribute to the company s overall marketing direction
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media and content strategies across relevant digital platforms
Create engaging written visual and video content tailored to different audiences and channels
Write compelling marketing copy including social media captions website content promotional materials and campaign messaging
Generate and propose creative marketing concepts campaigns and growth initiatives
Contribute to the development and execution of the company s overall marketing strategy
Collaborate with the design and sales teams to maintain consistent brand positioning and communication
Research competitors industry trends target audiences and customer needs to identify new marketing opportunities
Support brand awareness audience engagement and lead generation initiatives
Monitor content and campaign performance and use insights to improve future marketing activities
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT Gemini and similar platforms to enhance content creation research ideation and productivity
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing Content Marketing Social Media Marketing or a similar role
Strong content creation skills across written visual and video formats
Hands on experience developing and managing social media content strategies
Strong copywriting and English writing skills
Creative mindset with the ability to consistently generate practical and original marketing ideas
Good understanding of branding digital marketing and audience engagement principles
Strong communication coordination and organizational skills
Ability to work independently take ownership of tasks and manage priorities effectively
Familiarity with tools such as Canva CapCut or similar content creation and editing platforms
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT Gemini or similar platforms as part of the daily workflow
Work Arrangement
Full time position
Work is primarily remote
Candidates must be available to attend in person team meetings approximately 2 3 days per week depending on business and team requirements
