About SnappPay SnappPay is the financial arm of Snapp Group focused on building innovative financial products and services We leverage financial technologies to provide better and smarter solutions for payment credit investment insurance and other financial needs of our users Supporting Snapp Group s mission of enhancing Iranian people s quality of life through Internet services SnappPay s mission is to enable financial inclusion for all Iranians About the Role As a Junior Operations Business Data Analyst you will support the Operations team by transforming operational data into clear and actionable insights You will work closely with different stakeholders to analyze operational performance monitor key metrics and provide reports and dashboards that support data driven decision making In this role you will primarily work with call and operational data gain a deep understanding of Operations processes and KPIs and contribute to identifying trends performance gaps and opportunities for improvement Responsibilities Analyze call data and other datasets related to Operations performance Monitor and analyze key operational KPIs to identify trends patterns performance gaps and improvement opportunities Design develop and maintain analytical dashboards and reports based on team and stakeholder needs Respond to ad hoc analytical requests and provide relevant analyses for different teams Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business questions and translate analytical needs into appropriate data driven outputs Ensure the accuracy consistency and timeliness of data reports and dashboards Support the analysis of operational processes and contribute to identifying opportunities for improvement Communicate analytical findings clearly through reports dashboards and data visualizations Contribute to improving reporting and data analysis processes Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Industrial Engineering Information Systems Mathematics Statistics or related fields Proficiency in SQL for extracting and analyzing data Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the ability to work with and analyze data effectively Ability to work with Power BI and develop analytical dashboards Good analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to identify patterns and trends in data Ability to translate raw data into clear and actionable insights Ability to manage analytical tasks from initial request to final delivery with an End to End mindset High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Good communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders Ability to work with large volumes of data while maintaining accuracy Strong willingness to learn and develop in a fast paced environment تهران تهران میرداماد تمام وقت اسنپ پی کارشناس جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
