Responsibilities
Identify new market customer product and partnership opportunities
Analyze market trends competitors customer behavior and business performance
Develop business cases and strategic recommendations based on data and market insights
Translate business opportunities into structured projects with clear goals milestones and action plans
Lead cross functional initiatives from idea to execution and track their results
Conduct market and customer research to validate new opportunities
Work with Marketing Product Operations Commercial and other teams to launch growth initiatives
Build relationships with external partners and identify opportunities for collaboration
Prepare business reports and present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Proactively propose and test new ideas pilots and growth initiatives
Requirements
3 years of experience in Business Development Business Analysis Strategy Growth or a related role
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Experience with market research and business analysis
Strong understanding of customer behavior and market dynamics
Experience leading cross functional projects from idea to execution
Strong business communication and presentation skills
Ownership mindset with the ability to turn ideas into execution
Experience in Q commerce e commerce marketplace retail FMCG or a similar fast moving environment is a plus
Bachelor s degree in Business Industrial Management Economics or a related field
