International Orders Factory Coordination Specialist
We are an international holding company active in the automotive industry including tires and wheels We are expanding our export business from China to international markets and are seeking a professional International Orders Factory Coordination Specialist to join our Foreign Procurement and Supply Chain team
Key Requirements
Excellent command of English is essential particularly in professional business correspondence negotiation reporting and daily communication with international manufacturers
Proven experience in international purchasing import export operations sourcing factory coordination or foreign procurement
Strong ability to manage daily communication and follow up with overseas factories and suppliers
Hands on experience in following orders from Purchase Order Order Confirmation through production readiness and delivery at FCA FOB point
Ability to monitor production schedules delivery deadlines production progress and shipment readiness
Ability to identify follow up and resolve delays discrepancies missing information and order related issues
Experience in reviewing and coordinating product specifications labels packaging markings and customer specific requirements
Good knowledge of international commercial and export documentation
Ability to obtain and control required Certificates Standards Compliance Documents and export documentation for destination markets
Ability to coordinate documentation and information with Logistics Shipping Customs and Regulatory teams
Strong skills in follow up organization documentation reporting and multi order management
Good command of Excel Microsoft Office and AI tools
The successful candidate must be highly organized detail oriented persistent responsible proactive and capable of managing multiple factories and orders simultaneously
