Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated IT Help Desk Specialist to support the IT team at Azki As an IT Help Desk Specialist you will be responsible for responding to queries in person and over the phone assessing and diagnosing computer hardware and software problems and implementing effective solutions You may also be required to provide basic computer training modify hardware systems install computer peripherals and perform basic computer maintenance
Responsibilities
Manage the installation and maintenance of hardware and software including workstations multimedia displays and video conferencing systems
Good problem solving analytical and team working skills
Build the printing and scanning knowledge base and train staff as needed
Working knowledge of managing tickets follow up actions and closing issues
Write and edit How To training manuals
Train other staff on troubleshooting and diagnosing problems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Participate in the team s on call rotation
Have experience working in a mixed tech stack and multi vendor environment
Be creative curious eager to learn and able to quickly pick up new trends and technologies
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a similar field
At least 1 years of experience in IT Support or Help Desk
Proficiency with Mac Windows Linux operating systems
Knowledge of Network and A
Familiarity with Microsoft Services AD DNS DHCP
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
Basic understanding of networking protocols and troubleshooting
Excellent IT skills and knowledge of troubleshooting computer related issues both hardware and software as well as desktop laptop and mobile devices
Good English communication skills
Linux CCNA MCSA and MikroTik are advantageous
Participate in 24 7 support and on call rotation including incident management duties
