About Us
We are building the next generation of Financial Services and Wealth Management products where users can build and manage their wealth and use their assets to achieve their financial goals
Our product sits at the intersection of users assets credit and financial service providers with the goal of creating a simple intuitive digital experience on top of a complex financial ecosystem
Our Product Design and Engineering teams work closely together to solve problems and build products We are looking for designers who go beyond executing requirements and actively contribute to Discovery problem definition and shaping the future of the product
The Role
We are looking for a Product Designer who can take ownership of product experience from Discovery to Delivery and actively contribute to defining problems and shaping solutions alongside Product and Engineering
This is not purely a UI UX role We expect you to take an active role in Product Discovery and product decision making while maintaining strong hands on design skills
Responsibilities
Actively participate in Product Discovery User Research and Problem Framing
Turn User Needs Business Goals and product data into clear Problems and Opportunities
Design end to end product experiences from User Flows and Wireframes to UI and Delivery
Explore and evaluate multiple approaches to a problem and contribute to Product decisions
Simplify complex experiences particularly across Financial Services Investment Credit and Wealth Management
Work closely with Product and Engineering and maintain design quality throughout implementation
Develop and maintain the Design System and product experience standards
Proactively identify UX problems and opportunities for improvement
AI
We expect you to see AI not only as a design tool but as a new capability for building products and solving user problems
Identify opportunities where AI can meaningfully contribute to the product solution
Propose solutions where AI plays a meaningful role in the product experience or underlying logic
Understand the capabilities limitations and trade offs of AI powered experiences
Use AI to make the Design and Discovery process faster and more effective
Experience Skills
5 years of experience in Product Design UX
Experience designing complex end to end digital products
Strong skills in UX Interaction Design and UI
Strong proficiency in Figma
Experience working with Design Systems
Experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams
Experience conducting and synthesizing User Research
Practical experience with AI and a strong understanding of how it can be applied to product design and solutions
