About the Role
We are looking for a Strategy Operations Associate to work closely with the CEO as an execution arm across Business Growth and Operations
This role is for someone who can turn decisions into action drive cross functional projects monitor business and marketing performance and make sure important tasks are followed through to completion
Work Arrangement
Employment Full time 3 month probation
Working Days Saturday Wednesday
Work Model Hybrid 3 days in office per week
Location Tehran Enghelab Square University of Tehran Science Technology Park

30 Marketing Growth Operations

These percentages are approximate and may change based on business priorities
Key Responsibilities
1 Business Project Operations
Turn management decisions and business goals into actionable plans
Manage and follow up on key cross functional projects
Define tasks owners deadlines and milestones
Track progress identify blockers and drive issues toward resolution
Coordinate across Marketing Product Tech Sales Content and Support teams
Track meeting Action Items and ensure timely execution
Prepare concise project status reports for management
2 Marketing Growth Operations
Monitor Marketing Growth KPIs campaigns and acquisition channels
Analyze Funnel performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Track campaign execution and ensure activities are delivered on time
Follow up on experiments and improvement initiatives
Work closely with Marketing Content SEO Sales agencies and freelancers
Identify performance issues and recommend corrective actions
Note This is not a hands on Performance Marketing role You are expected to understand analyze coordinate and improve Marketing performance rather than personally execute every specialist activity
3 CEO Office
Follow up on projects and priorities assigned by the CEO
Conduct research and analysis to support management decisions
Prepare management reports presentations and decision making materials
Track CEO meeting decisions and Action Items
Coordinate with teams and individuals to move priorities forward
Proactively identify issues and propose solutions
Take ownership of selected initiatives from start to finish

Requirements
Must Have
3 years of relevant experience in Business Operations Marketing Operations Growth Project Management Strategy Operations Product Operations Consulting Startup Generalist roles or similar
Strong Excel Google Sheets skills
Strong understanding of business KPIs and data analysis
Experience in project management and cross functional coordination
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong problem solving and independent working ability
Nice to Have
Startup experience
Knowledge of Performance Digital Marketing
Familiarity with GA4 CRM Marketing Automation or Data Visualization tools
Experience with Notion ClickUp Asana Trello or similar tools
Previous experience working directly with a CEO or senior management
Understanding of CAC LTV Conversion Rate ROAS and Sales Funnel metrics
