Job Description
This role is responsible for operating managing and overseeing a wide range of accounting functions including warehouse management sales invoicing tax and insurance compliance asset accounting and financial documentation The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Iranian accounting tax and insurance regulations coupled with practical experience in utilizing accounting and warehouse systems to support our finance department s operational goals
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Management Oversee and execute all warehouse accounting functions including issuing receipts and delivery notes and generating comprehensive warehouse reports
Sales Invoicing Generate sales invoices and ensure their accurate and timely recording within the accounting system
Sales Documentation Tax Compliance Manage sales documentation and use the national tax system effectively for all tax related reporting and compliance requirements
Financial Documentation Prepare and post all necessary accounting entries for petty cash expenses and other financial transactions
Insurance Affairs Manage all insurance related matters with a thorough understanding of Iranian insurance laws and procedures
Taxation Handle all tax obligations in strict adherence to current tax legislation and deadlines
Fixed Asset Accounting Manage the registration accounting and compliance of fixed assets according to relevant regulations
Record Keeping Maintain meticulously accurate financial records supporting documentation and audit trails
Collaboration Reporting Work closely with internal departments and provide clear accurate financial reports to management
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting
Requirements
Warehouse Operations Demonstrated proficiency in inventory systems including the issuance of receipts and delivery notes and the generation of accurate warehouse reports
Sales Tax System Proven ability to issue sales invoices and proficiency in using the Iranian national tax portal
Accounting Proficiency Demonstrated skill in posting accounting entries for petty cash expenses and other financial transactions
Insurance Law Comprehensive knowledge of Iranian insurance regulations and practices
Tax Law Strong understanding of Iranian tax laws and compliance procedures
Fixed Asset Accounting Familiarity with the principles and regulations of fixed asset accounting
System Skills Practical experience with accounting software and ERP warehouse management systems
Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
Education Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a closely related field
Regulatory Knowledge Current and thorough understanding of Iranian labor tax and insurance laws
Personal Attributes High level of accuracy attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
Excellent problem solving organizational and reporting capabilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork
