We are seeking an experienced Senior Social Media Campaign Manager to join our client a growing FinTech company and take ownership of social media campaigns that drive both brand growth and business results
This role is ideal for a senior social media and digital marketing professional with strong expertise in campaign strategy content paid social influencer marketing and performance analysis who is passionate about turning audience insights creative thinking and data into impactful campaigns
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy Execution
Develop social media campaign strategies across Instagram TikTok Telegram and YouTube
Translate business objectives into clear campaign plans covering audience messaging content budget and KPIs
Own the campaign calendar and ensure smooth execution across multiple channels
Creative Growth
Lead creative briefs and collaborate with Content Design Video Influencer and Media teams
Manage Paid Social and influencer campaigns and drive YouTube growth initiatives
Identify emerging social trends and turn relevant opportunities into effective campaign ideas
Performance Optimization
Monitor campaign performance and optimize creatives messaging audiences and content formats
Use data analytics and AI tools to improve campaign performance and workflow efficiency
Report insights and provide actionable recommendations for improving results and resource allocation
What You Bring
6 years of professional experience in Social Media Digital Marketing Content Marketing or Growth Marketing
Proven track record of managing social media campaigns from planning through execution and performance review
Deep understanding of Instagram TikTok YouTube Facebook and Telegram including their different content and advertising dynamics
Strong knowledge of Campaign Strategy Content Strategy Copywriting Storytelling and Brand Communication
Hands on experience with Paid Social platforms particularly Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
Solid understanding of YouTube marketing and video performance metrics
Strong analytical and project management skills with experience managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders
Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Excel Google Sheets or Looker Studio
Practical experience using AI tools for research ideation copywriting and data analysis
Strong judgment when reviewing AI generated outputs with attention to brand voice content quality and business confidentiality
Fluent English with confidence using the language in professional communication and industry research
Strong Communication Stakeholder Management and Creative Thinking Skills
Nice To Have
Experience in FinTech Financial Services Trading Crypto or Technology is a plus
Familiarity with GA4 YouTube Studio Mixpanel or Amplitude is a plus
Experience delivering integrated campaigns across Social Media Paid Media Influencer Marketing and CRM is a plus
