Digital Marketing Specialist Generalist
We re looking for a creative versatile and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team
If you re passionate about digital marketing content creation data analysis and executing targeted campaigns this role is for you
This position requires attention to detail strategic thinking campaign planning and a strong results oriented mindset
Key Responsibilities
Create high quality creative and goal driven content for blogs landing pages and social media Instagram Telegram etc
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives and audience personas
Manage and optimize on site SEO for key pages
Oversee the production of visual and video content according to the content calendar and marketing strategy
Develop and maintain a content calendar across all digital channels
Run paid ad campaigns Google Ads CPC native ads etc
Analyze marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics Google Search Console and more
Monitor campaign performance and prepare insightful reports for the team and management
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and customer needs
Provide creative suggestions to improve conversion rates CRO
Optimize campaigns based on defined KPIs
Required Skills Qualifications
Strong knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals sales funnels customer journeys and content marketing
Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to write effective prompts for AI powered platforms
Working knowledge of English for reading resources and using international tools
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms e g Mailchimp Customer io etc
Proficiency in content management systems like WordPress
Proficiency in SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics Search Console SEMrush or Ahrefs
Understanding of online advertising principles and platforms Google Ads Meta Ads Yektanet etc
Excellent writing skills tailored to audience personas creative engaging and goal focused
Strong analytical thinking and the ability to present data in an understandable and actionable format
A team oriented attitude with a passion for continuous learning and self development
