At Okala we re looking for a Senior Campaign Manager to join our Marketing team and help us create marketing campaigns that reach the right customers and support business growth
You ll work across online and offline channels from planning and execution to performance analysis making sure campaigns are effective and aligned with our business goals
What You ll Be Doing
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across online and offline channels to drive user acquisition engagement and retention
Develop integrated campaigns for different customer segments with a focus on attracting new customers and encouraging repeat purchases
Plan and manage offline campaigns including VOD and OOH using data and audience insights to improve reach and effectiveness
Use data to evaluate marketing channels and campaign performance identify what works and find opportunities to scale
Lead campaigns from idea to execution managing timelines budgets and resources to keep things on track
Work closely with designers copywriters product teams and other internal stakeholders to bring campaigns to life
Manage relationships with external agencies vendors and other partners involved in campaign execution
Track and analyze key marketing KPIs including Order Volume New Users CPO CAC and other relevant metrics
Oversee the development of creative assets for online and offline campaigns making sure they are aligned with Okala s brand and campaign goals
Keep an eye on market trends competitor activities and new marketing opportunities
Identify and develop partnerships with businesses and organizations that align with Okala s goals
What You Bring
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field
3 years of experience in marketing preferably in the tech or e commerce industry
Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns at the same time
Experience working with external agencies vendors and other partners
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make marketing decisions
A track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
Good understanding of marketing channels and tactics including social media SEO PPC content marketing and email marketing
Experience with user acquisition and retention metrics such as CAC LTV churn rate and cohort analysis
Familiarity with A B testing and conversion rate optimization
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities
