Job Description The sales specialist is responsible for improving the customer s operations ensuring profitable sales understanding customer needs and requirements and increasing customer satisfaction Initiate outbound and receive inbound phone activity email etc to design solutions that enhance customers business operations generating profitable sales and increasing customer satisfaction and retention Conduct annual planning for the assigned accounts and the respective top customers Adapt forecasts for top customers Responsible for pricing negotiation and finalization of sales orders Enter client data and orders into Döhler systems in cooperation with CS Prepare quotations quickly in collaboration with pricing and based on agreed minimum order quantities standardized prices extra packaging charges payment and delivery conditions etc Responsible for providing customer solutions to meet customer needs Acquire new business through inbound lead follow up and outbound cold calls and emails Follow up on all aspects of customer requests for Döhler products capabilities services etc Maintain accurate account files of all customer data and leads including all written communications Be well networked within the Döhler organization to direct or respond promptly to a customer s inquiry or need Requirements Knowledge of the food industry in the B2B section is a must Customer focused with problem solving and strong negotiation skills Bachelor s degree in Engineering fields Business Administration or related fields food or chemical engineering is an advantage At least 3 years of experience in similar positions Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP Fluent in English both written and verbal Good team player Strong communication skills Willing to take initiative and responsibility تهران تهران ولنجک تمام وقت شرکت دهلر ایرانیان کارشناس جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد تولیدی صنعتی
