About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to become the dedicated technical owner of our internal HR Automation Intelligent Operations Platform
You will work directly with HR process owners and relevant Technology Security and Infrastructure stakeholders to transform fragmented HR processes into secure reliable and scalable digital workflows
The existing platform uses React js on the frontend and NestJS on the backend Strong production experience with both technologies is essential This role requires end to end ownership from requirement discovery and solution design to deployment monitoring and continuous improvement
Responsibilities
Own the technical design development deployment and ongoing reliability of the HR platform
Extend and improve the existing React js and NestJS codebase using scalable and maintainable architecture
Deliver employee self service workflows such as employment certificates payslips salary advances contract renewals asset requests onboarding and offboarding
Implement validation approval reconciliation and audit controls for sensitive HR and financial processes
Design secure APIs databases integrations and shared HR data models
Build People Analytics workforce planning recruitment performance and executive dashboards
Implement role based access control audit logging data privacy controls and appropriate security practices
Integrate the platform with existing HR payroll identity and organizational data sources
Support staged data migration and module by module replacement of legacy or vendor dependent workflows
Maintain engineering quality through automated testing code reviews documentation CI CD monitoring debugging and production support
Work closely with non technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into clear technical solutions and incremental releases
Track adoption system reliability data quality and operational value after each release
Evaluate practical AI use cases that can improve HR operations without compromising security privacy or accuracy
Requirements
4 years of full stack development experience or equivalent evidence of end to end ownership of production applications
Strong hands on proficiency in React js NestJS Node js and TypeScript
Strong understanding of relational databases data modelling RESTful APIs authentication authorization and system integration
Experience building workflow based applications internal platforms or automation tools with reliable validation reporting and sensitive data controls including role based access auditability and secure development practices
Experience with automated testing Git code reviews CI CD containerization monitoring and production troubleshooting
Strong problem solving skills an ownership mindset and the ability to translate ambiguous requirements into solutions while collaborating with non technical stakeholders
Professional working proficiency in English
Experience with HRIS payroll compensation ERP financial workflows legacy or enterprise integrations analytics dashboards or workforce reporting is considered an advantage
Familiarity with secure AI enabled workflows and automation is considered an advantage
A Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field or equivalent professional experience is considered an advantage
