We are looking for a motivated and proactive Junior Business Development Specialist to join our team and help us grow our Company
In this role you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities reaching out to potential clients building strong relationships and supporting ongoing communication with our international clients
Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities
Use LinkedIn and other relevant channels to find and connect with potential clients
Conduct outreach and initiate conversations with prospective clients
Schedule and attend meetings with international clients and clearly present our services and capabilities
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and potential clients
Follow up with leads and manage the communication process from initial contact to potential collaboration
Understand client needs and coordinate internally to ensure their requirements are properly addressed
Keep track of leads conversations meetings and business opportunities
Contribute to developing and improving business development strategies and outreach processes
Requirements
2 years of experience in Business Development Sales Account Management or a related field
Very strong English communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to communicate confidently with international clients
Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
Hands on experience with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation
Ability to confidently conduct and participate in meetings with clients
Strong research and prospecting skills
Proactive self motivated and target oriented mindset
Ability to build professional relationships and follow up consistently
Strong organisational and time management skills
