About the Role We are looking for a Business Data Analyst to join our team and help us turn data into actionable business insights In this role you will work closely with different teams to analyze business performance identify opportunities solve problems and support data driven decision making This is a hands on role for someone who enjoys working with data asking the right questions and finding practical solutions to real business problems Key Responsibilities Analyze business and operational data to identify trends problems and opportunities Build and maintain dashboards and reports for key business KPIs Work with large datasets using SQL and Python Perform exploratory data analysis and investigate business problems Develop and monitor performance metrics for different business functions Translate business questions into analytical problems and provide actionable insights Collaborate with Operations Marketing Finance and Product teams Automate repetitive data analysis and reporting processes Conduct ad hoc analysis to support business decisions Communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholders Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in Data Science Statistics Computer Science Mathematics Economics or a related field Strong knowledge of SQL Good understanding of statistics and data analysis Experience working with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI Metabase Grafana or similar tools Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills Ability to work with large and complex datasets Ability to communicate findings clearly and turn analysis into practical business recommendations Nice to Have Experience in Food Delivery E commerce Logistics Marketplace or other high volume businesses Good programming skills in Python Familiarity with Machine Learning and Data Science concepts Experience with customer order courier or operational data Experience with A B testing and experimentation Experience automating reports and analytical workflows کرمان کرمان تمام وقت زودکس کارشناس جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
