In the story of Snappfood we believe in creating value that goes beyond the ordinary We are willing to establish innovative tendencies and are eager to have you on our team to help us get through our business challenges with creativity intelligence and agility We are waiting for you to continue this story Role overview As an Applied Scientist at SnappFood you will lead complex data and machine learning work within a product or business domain You will turn ambiguous problems into reliable decisions models experiments and production systems while helping raise technical standards across the team Your primary focus may be Analytics Science or Engineering depending on your strengths and the domain s needs Responsibilities Lead ambiguous high impact data or ML initiatives from problem definition through delivery and measurement Establish effective analytical experimentation modeling or production practices within a domain Select fit for purpose solutions including analytical ML based rules based or engineering approaches Ensure solutions are reliable measurable maintainable and appropriately monitored Partner with Product Engineering Operations and business teams to drive adoption and measurable outcomes Review technical work mentor other practitioners and improve team capabilities Identify and manage data quality privacy security bias and model lifecycle risks Qualification Strong expertise in at least one of Analytics Machine Learning or Software Engineering with working knowledge of the others Demonstrated ownership of complex data or ML projects with measurable outcomes Strong problem framing experimentation statistical modeling or production engineering judgment Ability to influence technical and product decisions without formal authority Clear communication with both technical and non technical stakeholders Requirements 5 years of relevant professional experience in Data Science Machine Learning Analytics Software Engineering or a closely related field or a PhD in a relevant technical field Proven experience taking ambiguous business or product problems from initial framing to solution implementation and measurable impact Strong hands on experience with Python and SQL and familiarity with modern data and ML tooling Strong understanding of statistics experimentation machine learning and or data intensive software systems aligned with the candidate s primary area of expertise Experience working with large scale real world datasets and translating complex data into actionable insights or production solutions Demonstrated ability to evaluate trade offs between analytical ML rules based and engineering approaches rather than defaulting to a specific technology Experience with productionization and lifecycle management of analytical or ML solutions including testing monitoring reliability and maintenance Experience with A B testing experimentation design causal inference or model evaluation where relevant to the domain Experience collaborating cross functionally with Product Engineering Operations and business stakeholders Demonstrated ability to mentor peers review technical work and raise technical standards within a team or domain Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts and recommendations to non technical stakeholders Experience identifying and addressing data quality privacy security bias and model risk considerations in data or ML initiatives Benefits Credit for vacations gym therapy Social security complementary insurance Educational platform of advanced courses Snappfood s discount codes تهران تهران زعفرانیه تمام وقت اسنپ فود کارشناس ارشد جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
