About the Role
For a fast growing technology startup building innovative digital products We re looking for a hands on HR Manager who enjoys building things from scratch solving problems and creating scalable people processes
This is not a traditional corporate HR role We need someone who can take ownership move fast and turn ideas into execution You ll work closely with leadership to build the HR function while supporting a growing team in a dynamic startup environment

Responsibilities
Own the end to end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
Design and implement scalable HR policies processes and documentation
Build and continuously improve onboarding and employee experience
Develop performance management and probation review processes
Support managers with employee relations and day to day HR challenges
Create and maintain HR reports metrics and workforce analytics
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
Lead employee engagement initiatives and help build a strong company culture
Manage HR documentation contracts personnel files and HR systems
Identify operational gaps and proactively improve HR workflows
Requirements
4 years of experience in Human Resources including experience in startups or fast paced environments
Strong experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
Ability to build HR processes from scratch
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong organizational and problem solving abilities
High level of ownership and accountability
Comfortable working in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments
Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Familiarity with labor law and HR best practices
Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms is a plus
Professional proficiency in English
