Develop and maintain strong relationships with key Modern Trade accounts and senior customer stakeholders
Identify key decision makers understand customer needs and maintain up to date account and stakeholder information
Develop and maintain account plans based on customer needs business priorities and market opportunities
Conduct regular customer meetings follow up on requirements and ensure actions are properly documented and tracked
Support the preparation of account entry plans pilot opportunities and branch expansion plans
Support commercial negotiations and account development activities to drive sales profitability and long term customer growth
Monitor account performance market trends competitor activities and customer developments and provide relevant insights
Coordinate with Sales Marketing Finance Legal Supply Chain Logistics and other functions to ensure customer requirements are effectively addressed and executed
Manage customer issues and follow up on agreed actions to maintain strong and sustainable account relationships
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in Modern Trade chain stores franchise networks or strategic retail accounts
Established professional relationships with Modern Trade customers and decision makers
Strong skills in account management negotiation communication and follow up
Good commercial and analytical skills with experience in CRM and sales reporting
Willingness to travel regularly
