About SnappPay SnappPay is the first and leading BNPL provider in Iran started in 2020 We are leveraging financial technologies to reshape Iranians experience of consumer credit Supporting Snapp Group s mission of enhancing Iranian people s quality of life through internet services SnappPay s mission is to bring financial freedom to all Iranians by providing them with better smarter and more efficient solutions for payment and shopping About the Role We are looking for a skilled Account Management Specialist in our Social Commerce business line to manage and retain onboarded Instagram merchants by ensuring operational excellence and consistent sales performance across active categories Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact point for active Social Commerce merchants ensuring smooth financial settlements and issue resolution Monitor merchant activity orders payment success rate link usage SLA compliance through dashboards and direct communication Conduct regular check ins with merchants to collect feedback identify pain points and upsell new features or campaigns Support merchants in adopting SnappPay s BNPL features and best practices to boost order volume and customer trust Coordinate with Finance and Support teams for settlement accuracy and dispute resolution Track merchant satisfaction and retention metrics initiate reactivation plans for low performing or inactive merchants Document success stories insights and improvement recommendations for cross functional reporting Requirements Familiarity with Instagram business pages e commerce platforms and local social commerce dynamics Proactive problem solver able to identify issues quickly and provide practical win win solutions for merchants and internal teams Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including merchants internal teams and partners with professionalism and clarity Teamwork attention to detail and the ability to work under weekly performance cycles Customer centric mindset with resilience in handling objections Strong communication and negotiation skills verbal and written Disciplined in documentation Ability to handle wage situations تهران تهران زعفرانیه تمام وقت اسنپ پی کارشناس جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
