Key Responsibilities Monitor and ensure the reliable operation of the FTTH GPON network including OLT ONT PON and ODN components Analyze and troubleshoot FTTH network faults alarms outages and service impacting incidents remotely Provide technical support to field maintenance NOC Active Fiber IP IPRAN and Transmission teams Investigate recurring and complex faults and support Root Cause Analysis RCA and preventive actions Analyze OLT ONT alarms logs network performance data OTDR results and optical power measurements Support technical configuration provisioning and activation of PON services within the approved maintenance scope Coordinate the investigation of fiber and passive network issues including ODN fiber links and distribution infrastructure Escalate complex or cross domain technical issues to the relevant technical teams and the FTTx Manager Maintain accurate records of incidents troubleshooting activities technical findings and corrective actions Prepare technical reports and contribute to network reliability maintainability and continuous improvement Ensure all activities comply with approved technical standards procedures customer requirements and HSE policies Requirements Bachelor s degree in Telecommunications Electrical Electronics Computer Engineering or a related field Relevant experience in FTTH FTTx GPON fiber optic or access networks Practical knowledge of OLT ONT ONU PON ODN and fiber optic networks Good understanding of Ethernet VLAN DHCP PPPoE IP addressing and basic routing Experience with NMS OSS network monitoring and ticketing systems Ability to interpret OTDR traces and optical power measurements Familiarity with OTDR OPM OLS and VFL is an advantage Strong troubleshooting analytical and problem solving skills Good communication and cross functional coordination skills English working proficiency for technical documentation and communication Ability to work in shift based 24 7 operational environments when required تهران تهران سعادت آباد تمام وقت ویستا سرویس کارشناس جنسیت ترجیحاً آقا تلکام
