Role Purpose
To create high quality on brand graphic content that supports BitPin s marketing campaigns communication materials and digital presence This role focuses on delivering creative assets using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for social media advertising and promotional materials
Proficiency in Generative AI Prompt Engineering and AI powered image generation and editing tools
Responsibilities
Design static visuals for social media posts banners email headers and ads
Collaborate with the content performance and brand teams to execute creative briefs
Create illustrations icon sets and graphic elements for web and mobile campaigns
Prepare visual assets for product promotions coin launches and user campaigns
Work closely with marketing stakeholders to ensure visual consistency and clarity
Design layouts for blog posts reports presentations and in app visuals
Iterate quickly on designs based on feedback and performance data
Ensure all assets follow brand guidelines and BitPin s tone and style
Stay updated with digital design trends especially in fintech and crypto
Requirements
5 years of experience as a graphic designer preferably in tech or agency environments
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop After Effects is a plus but not required
Strong visual composition typography and color management skills
Ability to create polished visuals based on marketing needs and campaign goals
Attention to detail speed in execution and ability to handle multiple projects
Familiarity with design requirements for social media platforms Instagram X Telegram etc
Team oriented mindset and openness to feedback
Interest or curiosity in the crypto finance industry is a plus
