Job Description
You are at the start of your career and genuinely excited by data but you do not want to stop at the chart You can already write code and run an analysis and you want to see that analysis turn into a real change in how deliveries run
You get a small thrill when a query returns exactly the answer you were chasing
You would rather understand why a number moved than just report that it did and then actually act on it
You are comfortable both in the data and in the operational work that follows from it
Responsibilities
The role is roughly half analysis and half operational execution You do both not just hand your findings to someone else
Analyze against our KPIs and SLAs you use SQL and Python to dig into performance work out the numbers and ratios that matter and find where we are falling short of our targets
Turn analysis into action once the data shows what needs to change you carry out the operational changes yourself rather than passing them on
Support pricing and planning decisions you bring the analysis behind decisions like pricing and budgeting grounded in performance and market trends
Run experiments end to end you design experiments to improve the system run them and act on what they tell you
Follow problems through to a fix when performance in an area is off you find the cause propose a solution and stay with it until things actually improve
Qualifications
We hire for potential and curiosity but this role asks for someone who can both analyze and act
1 to 2 years of experience where internships count in data analytics operations or a similar quantitative role
Solid working ability with Python and SQL You should be genuinely comfortable writing queries and code and doing your own analysis at a good level You do not need to be an expert but this is real not surface level
A genuine willingness to do operational work not just analysis You are happy to own a change and see it through
Solid grasp of basic statistics and a habit of checking your own work
Clear communication in both Farsi and English You can explain a finding to someone who does not live in the data
The drive to learn fast in a fast moving environment
Nice To Have
Exposure to Power BI Docker or Redis or eagerness to pick them up
Any experience with pricing budgeting or market analysis
Interest in logistics and last mile delivery
