We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Specialist to join our client a fast growing FMCG company and contribute across Talent Acquisition Employee Development and People Analytics
This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional with strong expertise in recruitment employee development HR analytics and data driven decision making who can partner effectively with managers translate people data into actionable insights and contribute to improving HR processes across the organization
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Recruitment
Manage end to end recruitment from workforce requirements and job profiles through sourcing assessment interviews and offer management
Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs competency profiles and effective hiring approaches for key positions
Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles and support a consistent high quality candidate experience
Track recruitment metrics such as Time to Hire Time to Fill Source of Hire and Quality of Hire and identify opportunities to improve hiring outcomes
Employee Development Performance
Support employee development initiatives including career paths individual development plans and learning programs
Contribute to performance management cycles and translate assessment outcomes into practical development actions
Collaborate with business teams on people development initiatives and support continuous improvement across employee development processes
People Analytics HR Insights
Analyze HR data across areas such as recruitment retention turnover performance and learning and translate findings into actionable insights
Build and maintain HR dashboards and management reports using Power BI
Identify trends gaps and improvement opportunities through people data and support data driven HR initiatives
Leverage AI and digital tools to improve HR research analysis reporting and process efficiency
HR Process Improvement
Support HR process improvement projects and contribute to initiatives that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of people processes
Partner with management and cross functional teams to identify HR challenges and develop practical data informed solutions
What You Bring
5 years of relevant HR experience preferably within FMCG or other large structured organizations
Strong hands on skills in Talent Acquisition and end to end recruitment
Experience across Learning Development Performance Management and Career Development
Strong proficiency in Power BI with practical experience building HR dashboards and management reports
Strong People Analytics skills with a data driven approach to HR decision making
Advanced Excel skills and experience working with complex HR datasets
Strong knowledge of HR metrics including Turnover Retention Time to Hire Cost per Hire and Performance Metrics
Proven skills in turning HR data into clear insights and practical recommendations
Hands on experience using AI tools for research analysis reporting and HR process improvement
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong Stakeholder Management and Communication Skills particularly across management and cross functional teams
Strong project management and prioritization skills across multiple HR initiatives
Strong ownership attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset
Nice To Have
Experience with HRIS ATS or LMS platforms
