Paid Advertising Email Marketing Specialist Employment Type Full Time Remote About the Role We are looking for a hands on Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and take responsibility for the planning execution tracking and optimization of our digital marketing campaigns The ideal candidate has strong practical experience with Meta Ads Google Ads Conversion Tracking and Email Marketing and is comfortable working with data to improve lead quality and conversion rates Key Responsibilities Plan launch manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Facebook Instagram and Google Search based on defined budgets and objectives Set up monitor and troubleshoot Conversion Tracking to ensure campaign results and conversions are accurately recorded Plan and execute Email Marketing campaigns and promotional campaigns from offer development and campaign setup to final reminders Prepare weekly Lead Quality Reports by acquisition channel including lead quality cost per lead and recommendations for improving performance Develop Creative Briefs for designers and coordinate creative testing Conduct A B testing across ad messaging audiences creatives and offers Work closely with the department manager and sales team to improve lead to customer conversion rates Continuously monitor campaign performance and provide practical data driven recommendations for improvement Requirements Minimum 2 years of hands on experience directly managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns Demonstrable experience with previous campaigns and the ability to provide measurable results and performance data Strong practical knowledge of Conversion Tracking including Meta Pixel Conversions API CAPI Google Analytics 4 GA4 Google Tag Manager GTM Hands on experience with Email Marketing including list segmentation campaign execution and performance analysis Excellent written English as the role involves communication with healthcare professionals and international teams in Canada Strong analytical skills and experience working with Excel Google Sheets Ability to interpret marketing data and clearly communicate campaign performance and recommendations Availability to work during Toronto Eastern Time ET working hours Reliable internet connection and personal computer Nice to Have Skills Experience The following are not required but will be considered an advantage Experience with GoHighLevel GHL or similar CRM platforms Experience in Healthcare Education or Aesthetics Previous marketing experience targeting the Canadian or North American market Experience using AI tools to improve marketing productivity research analysis and workflow efficiency How to Apply Please submit your CV along with a short response of no more than 200 words answering the following questions 1 Paid Advertising Experience Describe one Paid Ads campaign that you personally managed What was the budget objective and final result Please provide specific numbers and performance metrics 2 Conversion Tracking How do you verify that Conversion Tracking is correctly set up and working for a campaign 3 Availability When would you be available to start Hiring Process Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a short paid practical task as the next stage of the hiring process Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis and in the order they are received so we encourage qualified candidates to apply as soon as possible آذربایجان شرقی تبریز تمام وقت Canadian Board of Aesthetic Medicine هیئت پزشکی زیبایی کانادا کارشناس جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد خدمات درمانی و سلامتی
