Partner with business leaders to set and deliver a people agenda that directly aligns with
business strategy and drives maximum impact
Lead organizational design and facilitate restructuring and ensure seamless business
continuity
Champion people data accuracy Use analytics to proactively identify trends diagnose
business problems and recommend strategic HR solutions
Build deep intimacy with the talent landscape Identify key skills domain expertise and
experience gaps to proactively build a robust succession pipeline
Define and execute recruitment strategies E2E for key roles Partner with hiring managers
to ensure high quality talent acquisition
Develop and deliver plans to address capability gaps focusing on leadership development
and domain expertise in partnership with Learning team
Serve as an escalation point for complex ER and disciplinary matters Provide guidance to
senior leaders on conflict resolution grievance management and performance
improvement
Ensure all HR practices are compliant with local employment legislation and company
policy Act as an unbiased neutral facilitator to resolve disputes and uphold company codes
of conduct
Guideline managers through HR processes Oversee workforce planning
Requirements
Bachelor s or master s degree in management MBA or a related field
Minimum 5 years of HR experience preferably in an HRBP role
Strong knowledge of HR functions including Talent Management Recruitment and other
HR practices
Good command of English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
