Responsibilities
Collecting analyzing and interpreting data from various sources to identify trends patterns and opportunities for improvement
Collaborating with senior management to identify strategic priorities and initiatives contributing to the project s overall growth and profitability
Identifying and Analyzing new market opportunities and best practices for business expansion or diversification
Conducting research to identify customer needs and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
Generating reports to present findings and insights to stakeholders providing actionable recommendations based on data driven analysis
Providing strategic recommendations based on market insights to support product development marketing campaigns and business growth strategies
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
Requirements
Knowledge of e commerce trends market dynamics and customer behavior
Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis tools and techniques
Proficiency in SQL Python Excel and statistical analysis software
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles
Knowledge of Market Research Methodologies
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas and insights in a clear and concise manner
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross functional teams
At least a Master s degree in Business Administration Industrial Management other related fields
Education from a top university is considered a plus
At least 4 years of experience as a Business Developer Business Analyst
