About the role Zarnet is looking for a hands on Art Director to lead our visual direction and bring it to life across campaigns and brand experiences You will combine creative leadership with strong design execution developing concepts producing visual assets yourself and coordinating external partners to deliver consistent high quality work What you ll do Develop creative concepts and visual direction for social media performance marketing and above the line ATL campaigns Personally design campaign key visuals layouts and assets adapting creative across formats and channels Create update and maintain Zarnet s brand guidelines including typography color imagery layout and practical usage examples Ensure a consistent visual identity across marketing communications and physical brand touchpoints Coordinate outsourced creative projects involving multiple suppliers from briefing and scheduling through feedback quality control and final delivery Translate marketing objectives into clear creative briefs and actionable direction for agencies freelancers and production partners Collaborate with architecture companies to translate the brand s identity into physical spaces environmental graphics and signage Review artwork and production deliverables for visual quality accuracy and alignment with brand standards Work closely with marketing and other stakeholders to balance creative ambition with campaign objectives deadlines and budgets What you ll bring Proven experience in art direction and hands on visual design supported by a strong portfolio Experience creating and evolving brand identities and comprehensive brand guidelines Demonstrated ability to design for social media performance marketing and ATL campaigns from initial concept to production ready assets Experience managing outsourced projects across multiple suppliers with strong briefing coordination and feedback skills Previous experience collaborating with architecture companies on branded spaces or related projects Excellent command of typography composition color imagery and visual storytelling Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant digital design tools A practical understanding of print and digital production requirements The ability to manage competing priorities explain creative decisions clearly and maintain a high standard of execution Portfolio requirements Please include examples of brand guidelines integrated campaigns and work involving architectural or spatial applications Clearly indicate your role in each project and highlight work you personally designed تهران تهران زعفرانیه تمام وقت زرنت کارشناس ارشد جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
