The position
As a Legal Assistant you will
Functional Support to Department Provide administrative and coordination support to the LECQ department including support to the LECQ in departmental administration assignments and follow up on key activities
Administration amp Coordination Provide day to day administrative support to the LECQ Director and the function including scheduling meeting arrangements handling expenses invoices follow ups and coordination with internal stakeholders
Basic Contract Support Assist with the preparation of standard contracts review documents for completeness and coordinate contract workflows
Documentation amp Records Management Maintain legal documentation filing and archiving ensuring accurate complete and accessible records
General LECQ Support Coordinate tasks and projects across Legal Ethics Compliance amp Quality and support the team s operational and logistical needs
Requirements
Proficiency in English
Strong planning and coordination skills
Discipline and strong follow up
High level of rigor accuracy and attention to detail
Good command of MS Office particularly Word and PowerPoint
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
