About the Role
As a Graphic Designer on our Product Design team you ll create high impact visual assets that bring Superapp s brand to life across our ventures You ll work closely with product designers and cross functional teams to translate product features and campaigns into compelling visuals
This role sits at the intersection of strong visual craft and modern AI accelerated design workflows
We are looking for a highly experienced and accomplished designer with a strong track record of delivering high quality visual work You should be able to operate with a high level of autonomy and ownership make confident design decisions and consistently maintain a high bar for visual quality
Responsibilities
Banner Design Guidelines Create engaging banners for services and campaigns ensuring alignment with brand guidelines Help refine and maintain those standards over time
Visual Design Craft high quality icons illustrations and other visual assets for the Superapp applying iterative design principles Sketch fast refine faster
AI Driven Workflow Use AI tools as a core part of your process Move faster from concept to final asset without sacrificing quality
Design Ownership Take end to end ownership of visual design deliverables making well informed design decisions and maintaining a consistently high standard of craft and execution
Collaboration Communication Work closely with product designers and cross functional teams in a fast moving environment Communicate clearly manage your own tasks and take feedback well
Requirements
Extensive Professional Experience Demonstrated experience delivering high quality graphic design work in professional environments with the depth of expertise expected from a highly experienced designer
Impressive Portfolio A strong portfolio demonstrating range and depth in graphic design including banner creation layout and visual storytelling with consistently high quality execution
Design Tool Mastery Advanced professional level command of Adobe Photoshop Illustrator and Figma used fluidly within a product design workflow
Strong Visual Judgment A highly developed eye for composition typography hierarchy consistency and visual quality with the ability to make strong design decisions independently
Design Guidelines Expertise Proven ability to create implement and maintain design guidelines that keep visual output consistent and on brand at scale
AI Proficiency Professional Level Real hands on fluency with AI tools across the design process from ideation and concept generation to refining and finalizing visuals This isn t casual familiarity with one tool We re looking for someone who has genuinely integrated AI into how they work and picks up new tools quickly as the landscape shifts
Iterative Design Process Comfortable moving from rough paper sketches to polished final output through structured rounds of refinement
Autonomy Ownership Ability to independently drive design work from brief to final execution manage priorities and maintain a high quality bar with limited supervision
Nice to Have Experience with motion design tools such as Adobe After Effects along with a basic understanding of UI UX principles web design and responsive layout to collaborate smoothly with product designers
