At DigiExpress we re looking for a Senior Internal Communications Employer Branding Specialist to help us build meaningful connections with our people and strengthen how our culture and employee experience are communicated both internally and externally

What You ll Do
Execute Internal Communications and Employer Branding plans and content calendars in line with People Culture priorities
Create write edit and publish internal communications including announcements organizational news updates and employee facing content
Develop Employer Branding content for LinkedIn Instagram and other relevant channels
Identify and turn authentic stories about our people teams culture and employee experience into engaging content
Manage internal communication channels and ensure content is accurate relevant consistent and timely
Collaborate with HRBPs leaders and HR teams to effectively communicate organizational messages programs and changes
Partner with Talent Acquisition on career related content candidate experience and talent attraction campaigns
Support the planning and execution of internal communications culture and Employer Branding campaigns
Plan communication and content coverage for organizational events initiatives and occasions
Develop Content and Creative Briefs and collaborate with designers photographers video producers and other creative partners
Leverage AI tools for research ideation content creation and optimization
Ensure content is aligned with our Tone of Voice brand identity and communication standards
Monitor and analyze content channel and campaign performance and use data and feedback to improve communication effectiveness
What We re Looking For
3 years of relevant experience in Internal Communications Employer Branding Content Creation Corporate Communications Media Management or related fields
Bachelor s or Master s degree a background in HR Communications Media Management or related fields is a plus
Strong Persian writing editing and content creation skills
Strong storytelling skills and the ability to turn organizational topics into clear engaging and audience appropriate content
Good understanding of Internal Communications and Employer Branding principles practices and channels
Good knowledge of social media platforms and content management practices
Practical experience using AI tools for research ideation writing content creation and optimization
Strong project and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple activities and campaigns simultaneously
Familiarity with Canva PowerPoint or similar creative tools is a plus
Good command of English for research working with professional resources and creating or editing relevant content
